Meal Plan Monday…
Happy Monday to you!
Yesterday we went to the grocery store after church, like we usually do, but this time I had quite the surprise when I opened up my Pepperplate App. I had not meal planned for this week or next. I think this is every meal planners nightmare! LOL! So, I had to improvise. I took a few minutes and figured out what meals we had not made so far this month (you know things happen!) and then I added in quick meals that I had in my list of menus already. Lo and behold we had a menu planned for the week. I honestly do not know what I would do without the technology that we have today. That is probably an issue in and of itself, but we will leave that well enough alone. I was so happy to be able to plan right there in the store and get on with my shopping.
So here is what is on our menu this week:
Breakfast
Pumpkin Pancakes and Green Smoothies
Egg, Ham, Cheese Bagels
French Toast and Sausage
Cereal
Lunch
Pepperoni Pizza
Leftovers
Macaroni & Cheese, Hot Dogs, and a Vegetable
Chicken Nuggets and French Fries
Peanut Butter, Honey & Banana Tortilla Roll Ups
Snacks
Grapes, Cheese and Crackers
Vanilla Yogurt and Blueberries
Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
Brownies
Dinner
Eat Out!
Meatball Stew
Sausage and Peppers
Crockpot Pasta Fagioli and French Bread
Leftovers
BBQ Ribs and Baked Potatoes
